Over the MEA weekend, we visited Jason’s family in Chicago. It was a great time to go as their schools were in session and nothing was very crowded. I love Millennium Park, so we had to stop by and get our requisite shot in front of the bean.
I wore my own version of the outfit I wore in my Stephanie’s Fall Trend post. I bought my flared DL 1961 jeans at Fashion Avenue 2 in Wayzata. I’m planning a post soon about my recent foray into consignment shopping! The Bryan blouse is one of the first things I purchased from Stephanie’s years ago. I’m wearing it with a purple camisole and a burgundy BlankNYC faux leather jacket from Nordstrom. I actually bought it on a work trip to Chicago last year, breaking my rule of not paying tax on clothes from a store that I can buy from in Minnesota. I just saw the jacket and had to have it right then and there! My new fall bag is the Rebecca Minkoff Clark Hobo. I don’t usually go for a black bag, but I decided the fringe along the sides added enough interest for me. More about my gold booties in the next Chicago post!
