Keeping it Classy

I’m new enough at this fashion blogging thing that I don’t always remember to take pictures of my outfits until it’s too late. A couple weeks ago, we met some friends for a lovely dinner at Corner Table. On the way home, I remarked to Jason that we forgot to take pictures for my blog. He had a genius idea to stop at the Fleet Farm along our way. Why not?

And hey, while we’re at it, let’s go to the gas station too. (We were really just hoping it was open so we could get some cash for the sitter. Had to raid the kids’ banks instead.)

This dress is one of my purchases from D.NOLO. The designer is James Perse, and I wear this at least once a week. I think I would wear it more if I could. On this night, I wore it with my Steve Madden Nonstp booties, a double layer tassel necklace from Evereve (now on sale!) and a bracelet by local jewelry artist Realia by Jen.

I work in this quite often, and transitioned it to Seth’s end of year soccer party one night as well. It’s so comfortable that I also wore it for a 7 hour car ride to my in-laws over the weekend! The dress is really well made, lined with the same fabric and it kept its shape through the drive and into the night.

Definitely not taking this blogging thing too seriously. Jason and I had fun being silly and taking ridiculous outfit pictures!
